Wednesday will be practice leo day. We have changed it for the summer, anyone who will be attending Fridays will need to wear their practice leo with no shorts or leggings.

Due to an increase number of nut allergies in our gym, we are no longer encouraging items with any type of nutsi n them. Please pack items for fuel break that do not contain nuts as well as any type of nut-butter!
